Drawing from my professional training at NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, The Ackerman Family Institute, NYU’s Barlow Memory Center and two decades of experience as a licensed Clinical Social Worker; I utilize a blend of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based modalities and solution- focused strategies, to fit the unique needs of those living with dementia and caregivers providing support
Professionally
It has been an honor to have worked with so many inspiring individuals and families who taught me so much about living through the experiences of dementia
Personally
My own experience of caring for my parents, who each grappled with memory loss has provided me with the deepest understanding of what it is like to love and care for someone going through this process
Philosophically
Living with a cognitive disorder is a deeply challenging experience.
However, It is possible to live a meaningful, inspired and well- supported life

I am an in - network provider for:
Medicare, Aetna, Cigna and United Health Care.
My billing team will follow up with insurance verification and procedure for reimbursement, if policy is accepted
For Private Pay clients:
I provide billing statements for client submission to your insurer.
